Employee Order Processing (m/f/d)
To support our rapidly growing team, we are looking for an Employee Order Processing (m/f/d) full-time in Traboch.
Your Profile
- completed commercial and/or technical training (e.g. apprenticeship, HAS, HAK)
- first professional experience in internal sales or in a comparable role
- very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- experience with the various MS Office applications
- ability to work in a team and good communication skills to work successfully with various internal and external interfaces
Scope of tasks
- order acceptance in the ERP system
- customer support (delivery dates, general tasks)
- interface to sales, production planning, purchasing, R&D and management
- master data maintenance in the ERP system (customers, prices, articles)
- invoicing orders in the ERP system
