Teamleader Quality Management (m/f/d)
To support our team, we are looking for a Production Employee, full-time in Traboch.
Your Profile
- Completed technical or scientific education (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing company
- In-depth knowledge of norms and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ideally ISO 27001, EN 9100)
- Experience in the application of common QM methods (FMEA, 8D, LEAN, Six Sigma, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis)
- Experience in project management, especially in the implementation of digitization and process optimization initiatives
- Ability to motivate and develop teams
- Highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset, structured and independent way of working
Scope of tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the QM team
- Ensuring and continuously improving the quality management system in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001; advantageous: ISO 27001, EN 9100)
- Planning, controlling, and implementing quality strategies and objectives
- Responsibility for audits, FMEAs, 8D reports, and continuous improvement measures
- Management and support of digitization and process optimization projects (LEAN, Six Sigma, CIP)
- Control of change and process management
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (production, R&D, supply chain, management)
- Analysis of quality indicators and derivation of sustainable measures for error prevention
