Technical Employee Customer Service (m/f/d)
To support our rapidly growing team, we are looking for a Technical employee Customer Service in Traboch.
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (e.g. technical college, apprenticeship)
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, high level of personal responsibility and independence
- Pleasure in working closely with customers
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel internationally - 20%.
- Very good computer skills (MS-Office)
Scope of tasks
- First point of contact for technical customer inquiries
- Conducting product training sessions with the customer
- Technical execution of product demonstrations and workshops
- Execution of test campaigns with the customer
- Administration, coordination and operation of test equipment
- Documentation of test results and forwarding to the responsible departments
- Identification of improvement potentials and forwarding to the development department
