Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)
To support our team, we are looking for a full‑time Head of Finance (m/f/d) at our site in Traboch.
Your Profile
- degree in a human‑resources‑related field or comparable qualification, or several years of practical HR experience, ideally in a leadership role
- strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
- high level of empathy, advisory competence, and the ability to assert oneself when needed
- proficiency in digital tools and modern HR processes
- excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills
- strong leadership abilities combined with a hands‑on, proactive mindset
Scope of tasks
- central point of contact for employees and managers on all HR‑related topics within the entire corporate group; sparring partner for the executive management
- leadership, development, and operational support of the HR team (Front Office, Payroll, Learning & Development, HR Administration & Recruiting), including budget responsibility for the department
- ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations, particularly labor law, data protection, and compliance standards
- further development and implementation of a sustainable HR strategy in alignment with corporate goals
- independent management of projects aimed at designing and optimizing HR processes, and establishing modern HR instruments and standards
- development of initiatives to strengthen employee retention, motivation, and professional growth
- advancement of a modern employer branding and recruiting strategy, and acting as the central point of contact for sponsorship activities
