IT-Administrator (m/f/d)
You are the first point of contact when something isn’t working — and the person behind the scenes who keeps our infrastructure, servers, and networks running smoothly. Whether you are more inclined toward the helpdesk or prefer diving deeper into system administration, you will find room for both at our company.
Scope of tasks
- 1st & 2nd Level IT Support
- Processing support tickets and user inquiries
- Setting up, configuring, and resetting end devices
- Software installation and support
- Hardware and peripheral support
- Workstation setup and IT onboarding of new employees
- Support with network-related topics
- Inventory management, device administration and ordering
- Collaboration with external service providers and manufacturers
Your profile
- IT education or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in IT support / client management
- Experience with Windows Server; Linux experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Service‑oriented, solution‑focused, and hands‑on mindset
- Independent and well‑structured working style
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
